Feel Genuinely Supported

From labour support to in-home visits, we're with you through birth, the fourth trimester, and beyond.

Why Mothering Moms

We don't just care for the baby. We care for the mother, too.

It's right there in our name. So many new mothers need support they never think to ask for — and that's exactly the gap we exist to fill, before, during, and after birth.

16 Years of Experience

We've supported families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum for over a decade and a half.

Education-First Philosophy

We believe confident parents come from real education, not guesswork — so we teach before we do.

GTA, Peterborough & Virtual

In-home care across the Greater Toronto Area and Peterborough, plus virtual support anywhere in Canada or the U.S.

A Small, Dedicated Team

You're never just a booking. Our small team means personal, consistent care from people who know you.

The Mothering Moms Difference

Georget Pounall-Williams, founder of Mothering Moms Doula Services

Meet Our Founder

“It takes a village to raise a child — and to nurture the mother, too.”

I'm Georget, and I've had the pleasure of supporting women before, during, and after the birth of their babies for the last 16 years. As a mother of three, I know first-hand how challenging those first few months of parenthood can be.

With my first child, I felt isolated and alone — I had no idea I could have asked for help. That experience is exactly why I'm so passionate about this work: when a woman is properly supported, she sleeps better, eats better, and functions better in her new role as “mom.”
